• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until confirmed and paid in full. Taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise specified during the booking process. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

• Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or document from Horizon Soar Travel. Until confirmed, bookings are not guaranteed.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

• Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary based on the service booked and the third-party supplier's terms. Cancellation fees may apply, including those charged by Horizon Soar Travel and the supplier. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the applicable policies. • Amendments: Any changes to confirmed bookings, such as date changes, name corrections, or destination changes, are subject to availability, supplier terms, and may incur amendment fees. Horizon Soar Travel will endeavor to assist with amendments but cannot guarantee changes can be made.
